The Seltari are a reptilian humanoid species native to the planet Seltar.
Their society is divided into several city-states and isolated tribes. Many of these states were formed through marriage between different tribes, which is traditionally monogamous. Following their achievement of FTL travel, they caught the attention of the Scoodians, who devastated their planet with an atmospheric weapon. Many refugees managed to escape, where they settled in Terran Federation space.
